How is RelyFy Care different from Clear Care Online, Alaya Care, Matrix Care and all other home care software?
RelyFy Care is the only Enterprise level software for homecare companies which cover all aspects of business and care management to support their business growth. Being built with latest technology in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, it has a lot of flexibility in meeting demands of agencies whether they have 10 active clients or 1000.
Unlike many other software providers, we don’t lock you in an extended contract period and you pay us based on how many your clients received care from you in a month or were scheduled for shifts. If you do have active clients who did not use receive care for any reason, you don’t pay for them. Its as simple as that.
How easy or difficult is it to use RelyFy Care?
RelyFy Care is built with user experience in mind and our philosophy is that no user should click at more than 3 places to get their job done including billing and payroll. We also have extensive training available for both agency users and caregivers.
Can I use my data from my current system when I switch to RelyFy?
There are some options available based on what system you use currently. We can discuss your specific needs during your onboarding process.
Can I export my invoices and payments from RelyFy Care to Quick Books Online?
Yes, using our single click export process, you can easily share your invoice and payments data with Quick Books Online.

Pricing Questions

How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is based on “active scheduled clients” per month. You only pay for those clients who received care or were scheduled for a shift to receive care.
If you do have active clients who did not use your service for any reason, you don’t pay for them. It’s as simple as that.
Are there different tiers of pricing for example for Hiring module, payment processing etc.?
Our standard product includes modules like hiring and payment etc. The only option adds -on is “People Package” for offering certain benefits to your caregivers and employees.
Do you offer special pricing for non-profit institution?
We do offer special pricing to nonprofit institution. Ask us about it during the demo.
Is there an extra cost for processing credit card payments?
There is a minimal fee charged by the payment processing partner.

Yes, we follow a “Train the Trainer” trainer methodology and will train subject matter expert(s) at your agency through video based interactive sessions.
